So I 【(1)made up my mind】to do it,even though I was afraid of leaving my family and friends. I came to Ireland with no idea about the country. When I arrived the first day, everything seemed so strange and foreign. Then the excitement started. Everything was new and fresh. It was interesting to go to a college in another country. I knew different methods of teaching. I got to know my classmates. It was 【(2)use】to exchange ideas with people of a different culture. As a result I feel more connected with the world than ever before. I did a lot of traveling throughout the months. I started to learn about the country geographically as well as culturally. Being abroad gave me the opportunity to do things I've always wanted to do. I've learned to deal with different societies. I've come to see myself and my country in new lights. 【(A)I realized that the American way of doing things is not always the right way.】studying abroad has definitely 【(3)widened my views】and made me more open to different ways of life. I had time to enjoy everyday life of the Irish. I went to pubs with Irish music and dancing. I shopped in old-fashioned markets. I tried different kinds of foods. The first and the most important reason is that these bags have caused the reduction of oil. These days, as oil all over the world is used rapidly, and as a result, is being drained, we need to change our present lives too depending on oil. The second reason is if free plastic bags are abolished and people are forced to carry their own bags, people will consider environmental problems more than now.
